The making of the book, Siyafunda: isiZulu (2016), began in February 2015. A combination of 25 animals representing each letter of the Zulu alphabet (traditionally, there is no “R” in isiZulu. However, the letter tends to feature in modern colloquial dialogue) where hand-drawn using graphite.
